Join Patt's Posse!

It's been almost 15 years since we lost Patt to Alzheimer's disease. Once again, Patt's Posse will be walking on October 7th at Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park in her honor and memory.  All through Patt's life, she poured her heart and soul into causes in which she believed in while continually encouraging others to do so in return. Through her example, let's join in the fight to end Alzheimer's until there is a cure.  Raising money for the Alzheimer's Association Sonoma-Marin Walk to End Alzheimer's is one way we can make a difference for those families with a loved one living with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia. 

Patt's Posse needs your support!
