The 2024 WALK to END ALZHEIMER'S. The walk will return to Suisun City on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at the Harbor Plaza. There are so many battling this heartbreaking disease, there are so many who count on us to be their advocate. Make memories, spend time with your loved one and enjoy every moment. Hope you can come out and join us for this event!
Team FORGET-ME-NOTS California will walk for our love one and yours. I chose this team name for the following reason: Forget-Me-Not is a small blue flower that represents remembrance and is long associated with Dementia. People with dementia may experience memory loss, among other symptoms. This makes the forget-me-not the perfect flower to represent our cause.
Your donation is greatly appreciated as it will go towards further research, education programs and services to people affected by this heartbreaking disease.
