The Silicon Valley Chapter of the Calif Assoc for Nurse Practitioners (CANP) is proud to have a team to raise money for research & development of Alzheimer's prevention & treatment. As health care professionals who are involved in our community in Santa Clara County, we want to support the services of the local and national Alzheimer's Association.
Please join our team in the fight to end Alzheimer's together. We are walking on Saturday, 10/14/2023. Registration starts at 8:00 am, opening ceremony at 9:15 am and our walk starts at 9:30 am
