Welcome to our team, MemoryZ Matter!   We walked for the seventh time in 2022, and my team and other contributors really stepped up.   We raised over $22,000, our highest ever!   Our team also produced 7 folks who achieved various levels of Champion fundraising!   We had a great time walking at Bishop Ranch, some did the 1 mile, a few the 3 mile course.  This year we plan to WALK in San Ramon again and have an even bigger turnout!   Many of our walkers have relatives who have had, or currently have Alzheimer's.   Additionally, a dear friend of mine has recently been diagnosed with FTD - Frontotemporal Dementia, so I have another reason to keep up the fight.  Having someone you know personally affected by this disease motivates you to do all we can to raise money for better care and treatment, research, and hopefully a cure in our lifetimes!

It's time to really kick this into high gear and sign up for 2023!  Join in on the fun and walk with us, or support us in spirit from wherever you are on Saturday, October 28, 2023!   Come out for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®, East Bay Area, the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.  THANKS!
