CPMC's Ray Dolby Brain Health Center is an innovative collaboration with the Alzheimer's Association of Northern California to provide patient care, education, and research in the area of memory loss.  Employing a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, the Ray Dolby Brain Health Center provides a variety of services for individuals with early memory loss, early dementia, and Alzheimer's disease as well as anyone experiencing memory changes at any age.  Our goal is to provide the latest in diagnosis, treatment, research, technology, and psychosocial support so patients, families and caregivers can deal positively with changes to maintain independence and harmony.  We care for individuals in the San Francisco Bay Area, Marin county and Northern California.
