I've had my team for more than 10 years. Because like many others, Alzheimer's Disease made a big dent to my life. I lost both of my parents from Alzheimer's- indirectly and directly. One being the main caregiver and the other, receiving care. It was painful, it was challenging. It broke the family apart... then.
And now, I ask you to support our cause by walking and/or sharing a little. The Alzheimer's Association supports many families dealing with the disease- be it with education, caregiving needs, research, advocacy, awareness. I know this for a fact as I've reached out to the Alzheimer's Association and they've never failed.
