I am walking to honor Barbara Allison, beloved wife of George Allison and grandmother to David, Nikol, Ronan, Shayla, Thomas, Lucas, Hannah, Audrey and Theo. I never had the pleasure of meeting Barbara, but her children, grandchildren, my wife Deborah and many others speak of her often, and with great fondness. They recall her loving manner, her kindness, her attentiveness, and her sense of humor. She left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
