My dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in his early 50s and passed away in his early 60s following a courageous battle with the disease. My mom was an amazing caregiver to my father, and they have both inspired me to get involved in the mission to End Alzheimer's and all dementia.
I have greatly enjoyed my volunteer advocacy and past Board work with the Alzheimer's Association. The Alzheimer's Association leads the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.
