Our Sacramento office is joining together again to form one office team in the fight against Alzheimer's, other dementias and mild cognitive impairment. The Sacramento Dream Team is united in a movement to reclaim the future for millions. We hope that you will join our team for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®, the nation's largest event to raise awareness and funds to fight Alzheimer's disease. Together, we can advance research to treat and prevent Alzheimer's, and provide programs and support to improve the lives of millions of affected Americans. 
 

We are a team of Alzheimer's Association staff, volunteers, family and friends. Some of us were drawn to this work because someone in our family has been personally affected. Others simply wanted to make a difference and help seek an end to this disease, before anyone in their family is impacted. Some have seen the economic projections of the devastation this disease is causing in our communities and how much worse it will get, unless we can stop it. No matter what your reason is, we hope that you will join us.
