This team began to honor the life of Gilbert P. Medeiros, Sr. who fought a long, hard battle against Alzheimer's. This is a team for everyone who is sick and tired of the scars Alzheimer's and dementia leave on our hearts. Honor your loved ones and yourselves by fighting back!
