This is a picture of the strongest, most compassionate woman that I have ever known, my nana, Madeleine. She passed away this year at 101 years old. She has been the rock of my family but lost her sight, hearing, mobility, and dealt with Alzheimer's Disease. I am walking to honor the countless years of service she has given to her community and the love that she has shown to her family and all of her friends throughout the years.
