Losing family members to Alzheimer's is devastating....seeing how widespread the disease has become is terrifying....doing something (anything) to stimulate a solution is the least we can do.
To say that Alzheimer's is cruel and brutal is an understatement. We are staying as positive as we can that the new research and discoveries might be proof that science is catching up to the devastating path of Alzheimer's. SO...we keep fighting and hoping for a cure!
Clearly, the more people know about Alzheimer's, more opportunities will open up to fight Alzheimer's. Alzheimer's Disease is the fastest growing illness in America and now has the attention of scientists and researchers. It will take financial resources and the public's insistence that science be directed NOW to address the understanding and the end of this disease.
