Yeah, Alzheimer's has hit close to home. My family has been affected, perhaps your family has too. There are a couple myths about Alzheimer's that need to be cleared up. It's not a mental illness nor is it a normal part of aging. In fact, it's a brain disease. A disease that often begins in middle age but doesn't show itself until later in life.
