Welcome to Ginny's ALZ Team Page. Ginny has a diagnosis of early-onset dementia caused by abnormal amyloid buildup in the brain. She is brave and well-supported. We are so grateful Ginny is receiving Leqembi, the first ALZ breakthrough medicine in twenty years. Leqmbi is a bi-weekly outpatient infusion therapy that works to remove amyloid build-up in the brain. Treatments end in October.

Please pray that Leqembi is effective and that Ginny's ALZ progression will slow to unnoticeable. We also pray that we will be healthy enough to see the August 2045 Total Eclipse. We will be 90 and 91 that year. Help, Lord Jesus! Hear our Prayers!

Ginny's husband of 15 years is hosting a 70th-year Celebration of Ginny on May 18th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. All friends and Family are invited! Where? LPOA Pavilion, 4500 Lakeshore Dr, NLR, 72116. Provided? Burgers and Dogs and the fixins. Bring? Sides of all kinds, desserts, and drinks to share. No alcohol allowed.

About Presents: We request no presents and offer you the opportunity to join Bill in supporting Ginny’s early journey with Alzheimer’s by joining her team!.

The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®! Walk is the largest event to raise funds and awareness for the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association®. It’s held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, and our team is excited to participate this year. We walk on Saturday, November 9th, 2024, in NLR.

Currently, more than 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's and over 11 million family and friends provide their unpaid care. We need your help to end this devastating disease. You can make an impact with a donation or even joining our team. Your kindness and generosity truly make a difference in the fight against Alzheimer’s and all other dementia. Thank you for your support!
