I am walking for my mom. I hate that she is gone. I hate this disease. There are so many things about Alzheimer's that you don't understand unless you are living with it in some way. We need to find a cure for this disease. I know how it has affected me watching my beautiful, strong, amazing mom go through it. I don't want my kids to have to go through the journey I just did.
