I am requesting donations for the Walk to End Alzheimer's on October 15, 2023 in Morgantown. This is the 11th year that Larry and I have walked with my Service League of Morgantown team in memory of my cousin Dr. Bill Hostetler and Larry's Aunt Betty (Tinder). Bill was 12 years my senior but like a brother to me. He worked for Aramco Oil in Saudi Arabia for 20 years and then ended his career as a Business and Economics professor at Sweet Briar College in VA. He developed progressive aphasia which has many of the same symptoms as Alzheimer's. It was absolutely heart wrenching to watch as he could no longer read or write, find his room, etc. I became his guardian when his wife died and he passed away soon thereafter. Please consider a donation to find a cure for this horrible disease.
