As some of you may know, I lost my grandma to the battle of Alzheimer's at the beginning of 2020. She was diagnosed with early on-set Alzheimer's at the age of 59, and put up a good fight for over 15 years. I've seen how this disease affects its host as well as the friends, family members and caretakers involved. It's absolutely devastating!

That's why I'm leading the way to Alzheimer's first survivor by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
