I'm walking to honor my Dad and Mom - Ed and Gloria St. Martin.  Both of them suffered with Alzheimer’s at the same time and ultimately succombed to it. But not before they richly blessed each of their five children, eight grandchildren and many others. I'm also walking to honor my sister and her husband, Jane and Chris Rondeau.  For a decade they cared for Ed and Gloria with love and devotion, allowing them both to live their last years happily and at home. It was a heroic sacrifice in my view!

Alzheimer's  isn’t stopping and neither are we. By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, I’m raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.
