David was diagnosed in 2011! I took care of him at home until he was in the Final Stage of ALZ! He was admitted to the Memory Unit at Grafton County Nursing home! It was a very difficult decision, but I was becoming emotionally and physically exhausted! If it were not for the assistance of the ALZ community I would be sick!! So, I am trying to give back in David’s honor for the help I got! David died on March1st of this year!
