Our name is symbolic of what we all do when we close a special chapter in our lives and look to what lies ahead. It also refers to the work we do in assisting clients with their later life transitions, NEXT CHAPTER SOLUTIONS, and CARING TRANSITIONS helps clients with their move toward to their next chapter, whatever, and wherever that may be. 

Our goal is to help as many families who live with Alzheimer's as we can to have support, access to care, knowledge and research.
