I'm walking again in memory of my Dad and my brother-in-law who both suffered from forms of dementia and my mother-in-law who had Alzheimer's. As in the past, I am walking in memory of the Legacy at North Augusta residents that have passed due to Alzheimer's and for a cure for existing residents with this disease.  I am working hard as a team walker to raise money for research to find a cure for this awful disease. I know everyone has had a family member that has been faced with this or may be dealing with it now; so I hope you will pledge to donate and/or walk with me.
Last year I was a Grand Champion thanks to my many giving  friends.  My goal this year is to again raise over $1000.  You can go online through my name and make a contribution very easily. I can be found under the team "Legacy Legs" walking in the 2023 Augusta walk. You can pay on line or mail check. If you want to give to me directly, I will send in and give you a tax deductible receipt.  I want to thank all who contributed last year and hope you will contribute again so I can not only "walk" to get rid of Alzheimer's but "stomp" it out completely!
