Support our team for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®, the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.

I walk for my Grandmother, Wanda Howell. My grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's shortly after my Papa (her husband) passed away in 2020. My mom and her siblings quickly realized something was off with her when my Papa was no longer there to care for her, and they became her primary caregivers. 

In the last three years, my grandmother has continued to decline and the disease takes a piece of her over time. I am fighting for my grandmother, and all those who are affected by this disease as I see how challenging it is to a family to walk through. I hope that by raising the funds through the walk, we can continue to offer support to the families dealing with the disease, and continuing to fund researchers across the globe to find a cure.
