Team Walk and Rollers is comprised of residents, staff, family and friends at Reunion Court of The Woodlands.  We are an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. We walk in honor of our current residents and in memory of past residents who have lived with Alzheimer's and/or other dementias. Each of them hold a special place in our hearts and minds.
