Join our Baylor Memory Walkers Team!

2022 was a fantastic year for the Memory Walkers!  We raised almost $100,000 and we were a top 5 team in Houston!  We had 300 walkers from all across Baylor College of Medicine and the wider Baylor community.  It is more important than ever given the tragic toll COVID-19 has taken on persons with dementia, particularly those living in nursing homes.

In 2023, we aim to surpass our 2022 efforts to raise awareness and funds to increase funding for research and services to improve the lives of those with dementia and their caregivers.  Our Houston & Southeast Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association (www.alztex.org) provides wonderful and needed services and education to our community.  The Alzheimer Association is making great strides in raising public awareness of Alzheimer's disease and is the largest funder of dementia research outside of the federal government.   Please register with our team, create your own Baylor team, and/or donate through our Team Page.  We are united in our drive to improve the lives of persons with Alzheimer's!
