In 2022, thanks to generous supporters, I was the second largest individual fundraiser for the Houston Walk to End Alzheimer's and one of the top 100 largest in the nation! We must continue this effort in 2023 to raise awareness and increase research and support for those affected. We have all been touched by friends and family who have Alzheimer's disease and know the toll it takes. This year, I lost many Veteran patients to Alzheimer's dementia.
By participating in the 2022 Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's(tm), we are committed to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer research, care and support.
We need your support! Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research into prevention, treatments and a cure for Alzheimer's. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide. The Houston and Southeast Texas Chapter is a wonderful resource for our community, offering incredible support to local patients, caregivers, professionals, and researchers.
