On January 28, 2022, we lost one of the funniest, carefree, “never met a stranger” people to this horrible disease! My dad, Ben “Benie” Snyder passed away peacefully in his sleep, and it's now been over a year since I have heard any of his stories or seen him walking around talking to anyone and everyone. I miss him every day, but I know that he is no longer in pain and is enjoying eternity with my mom, his brother and sister. This year I am not only participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer's, but I am volunteering on the walk committee! I would love to see a cure for this terrible disease that robs people of their personalities and dignity before it takes another loved one's life so any amount you can donate would be appreciated! Thank you!
