This year we are paying respects to one of our NARFE Chapter 860 members. Elbert Schrader worked for many years to help raise funds for the Alzheimer's Association and NARFE's Research program. Elbert was a long time member of Chapter 860 and he was the Alzheimer's coordinator for many years. Elbert and his beloved wife Alma Ruth both passed away in 2021.
