Hi!

Most of y'all know my mom Sylvia (this is her page, but her daughter speaking for her) was diagnosed with early on-set Alzheimer's September 6, 2013. It's been a roller coaster ride & we never imagined this would happen to my mom as young as she is. She will be 59 this year & doesn't deserve this diagnosis one bit. We believe Gods plan is so much better than our own & we are thanking him every day for understanding such a tough truth.

Our team name is "Giggles Memory Walkers" if you would like to join us. I know it would mean SO much to my mom seeing people support her. Our team goal is to raise $7,000 (of course let's go above that). The walk doesn't require a registration fee it's all fundraising. You have to raise $100 to receive a t-shirt. I would love to encourage everyone to either sign up for our team & start searching for everything PURPLE or if you can't be there please donate any amount you can! This is our 6th year to be a part of the walk. WE ARE SO THANKFUL for every Giggles Memory Walker. 

This disease has changed my family's life & I can't think of a better way to celebrate being on this Alzheimer's journey than starting a team that honors & supports my beautiful mom!
