Why do I Walk? I walk this year as a memorial to Bill Sheriff. Bill had a passion for seniors and a heart for those living with Alzheimer's. Bill appointed me team captain of Brookdale's Nashville office years ago and I remain committed to doing all I can to raise funds to further research and help families who have loved ones living with the disease. I also walk in honor of those living with Alzheimer's, for the family members caring for loved ones living with Alzheimer's, and in memory of those we've lost to this disease.
Now more than ever I am determined to help make a difference in the fight against this disease that has affected my family, and quite likely, has affected someone you love. Please partner with me by making a donation to the Alzheimer's Association to advance research into prevention, treatments, and ultimately, a cure for Alzheimer's. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide.
I need your support to help me do my part as we all look forward to a world without Alzheimer's. I hope you will consider a gift today. You may make your donation on line, or send a check made payable to the Alzheimer's Association to my attention, % Brookdale Senior Living, 111 Westwood Place, Suite 400, Brentwood, TN 37027 by October 31st. Together we can make a profound difference.
Thank you for joining me in this fight; the end of Alzheimer's disease starts with me . . . and with you..
Warm regards,
Linda
