who was fondly called "Bucket" by those who knew and loved her. Sadly Bucket slowly passed through all the different stages of Alzheimer's. My father was her major caregiver and I do believe the stress of caring for her contributed to his death. Bucket relived the loss of him daily. Each day she would constantly look for him and we would have to tell her that he had died. Alzheimer's forced her to relive and mourn his death daily. It was truly heartbreaking. Top on our team's priority is to fund "finding a cure" and to provide comfort and a good quality of life for all those suffering from this debilitating disease.
Please Help Achieve our dream by Supporting our team for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®, the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.
