Alzheimer’s isn’t stopping and neither are we. By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s®, I’m raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association® to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.

Participating in this walk is very personal for me. My sister suffers from a form of Dementia and is blessed with my brother-In-law as her devoted caretaker. Witnessing their love story makes me thankful to God for His care.

Actually a potentially inherited link to Dementia in our family first suffered by my great grandfather, grandfather, my father and now my sister and our cousin. Scary, but true.  Therefore every step I take in this walk might bring us closer to a cure.
