Hello, friends and family,
Thank you for checking out my Walk to End Alzheimer's page and for considering donating to support crucial research going on right now that aims to end Alzheimer's and other dementia.
After about 5 years with frontotemporal dementia, Dad went home to be with the Lord in August 2022. My Memaw, my Nannie and my Great-Aunt Jane all also suffered from memory-related illness. That is why I walk, why I spend my time raising awareness on the Walk committee and why I donate each year to the Alzheimer's Association. I dream of seeing a cure, so that no one else ever has to experience losing their memory, their personality, their ability to enjoy a beautiful life. Especially now as Brad and I prepare to welcome Baby Girl Williams, we don't want her to live in a world infected by dementia.
I'd love for you to join me on September 30 as we Walk to End Alzheimer's in downtown Greenville. I'd also greatly appreciate your financial support. I had the privilege of interviewing a leading researcher with the Alzheimer's Association last year, and I firmly believe every dollar donated inches us closer to a world without memory-related illness.
Thanks to all of you who continually lift our family up in prayers. We are truly grateful for our family and friends who have supported us through this journey.
Love,
Jenni
