My diagnosis with Young Onset Alzheimer's was at age 49 in June 2022. I noticed things early in 2020 but my doctor dismissed as the pandemic. I walk to raise awareness about Young Onset Alzheimer's! This disease can affect men and women in their prime. Alzheimer's Disease is not only hitting the elderly. I hope that my story will help you or a friend to visit a doctor. There is so much hope from medication trials! I live my life one day at a time. I am still working, taking part in my hobbies, enjoying family and friends, and planning some trips. I am thrilled to walk to help others to understand Young Onset and to raise money for research and a cure!
