My sister Peggy participating in the Alzheimer's Associaiton Memory Cafe (The Covenant Cafe in Lock Haven, PA) for early stage Alzheimer's On January 24, 2020, Peggy lost her battle to Alzheimer's. We are walking for not only those who were taken by this terrible disease but those who are struggling with it now, their families and caregivers. Our dream is a world with out Alzheimer's.

I'm leading the way to Alzheimer's first survivor by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. My sister Peggy died of Alzheimer's earlier this year. Peggy was a dedicated elementary school teacher for many years as well as a cherished sister, mother, grandmother and friend. Alzheimer's disease robbed all of us of her full and vital life. We miss her.
