We lost my pap in 2022 after years of him suffering from this horrible disease. I am walking in hopes of a cure so this nightmare doesn't continue on for so many people and their families. Watching my pap slowly fade away, before he was truly gone, was heartbreaking. The times I visited him and he just wasn't "there" that day were soul crushing. I will never forget the first time I realized he didn't know who I was. My pap and I were so close, but after being in a nursing home not able to see us much due to COVID that day came. I pray for the cure and the first survivor of this horrible disease and wish so much it could have been my pap. Every penny raised helps towards the research of ALZ and work towards medicines and a cure for those suffering. I truly appreciate any and all donations towards this cause.
