My Mommom, Doris Daisey was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in January of 2020. My mom and I started this team and have been volunteering and raising funds for the Alzheimer’s association to show our support. Our hope is that one day there will be a white flower in the promise garden and a cure for this disease!
Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 14 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
