We are Team Brookdale OKC Southwest and our team consists of the residents, families, and associates of our awesome Alzheimer's/Dementia Care Community located in Southwest Oklahoma City. Although we truly hope to someday live in a world with no Alzheimer's, that is unfortunately not the case at this time. So, while we work to eradicate the disease, we also work daily to ensure we are providing a quality of life to all those entrusted to us. We do this thru meaningful and rewarding daily programming, excellent physical care, and most importantly love for our residents. We are a community that encourages our residents to live their best lives despite living with Alzheimer's and strive to help them every day accomplish that feat. With that being said, we would love for you to also join our team, or if you are able to donate, that would be awesome, and help us raise funds to fight Alzheimer's Disease.
