CALLING ALL TEAM CAPTAINS:
Walk season is underway and we’re inviting you to JOIN US for the 2023 Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Team Captains are the heart of Walk to End Alzheimer’s. As a Team Captain, you’ll have the opportunity to recruit family, friends and coworkers; help them fundraise; keep your team motivated; and have fun fighting for a great cause! We want to show our love by sending you an official Team Captain long sleeve shirt to wear with pride.

What if I already registered as a Team Captain?
You are awesome! If you signed up in January or February you’ve already qualified. (Make sure you work to individually raise or donate $100 by midnight on March 15, 2023 so we can add your team name to the back of the shirt).
Do donations to my team count towards the bonus of having my Team Captain shirt personalized?
Unfortunately no! Only individual fundraising qualifies you for this incentive. You need to have the donation listed in your participant center by midnight on March 15, 2023. But the good news is that all donations impact the mission.
Do we get to determine what name is personalized on the back of the Team Captain shirt?
When you qualify to have your Team Captain shirt personalized; we will use the team name that you entered at registration. If you need to confirm or update spelling; reach out to your Walk Manager before midnight on March 15, 2023.
How long will it take to receive my official Team Captain shirt?
Please allow 4 weeks from the end of the promotion on March 15, 2023 for production. You’ll receive updates from your Walk Manager on the status.
How will I receive my official Team Captain shirt?
Your Team Captain shirt will be shipped to the address you listed in your registration. If you need to check, confirm or change your address please reach out to your Walk Manager by midnight on March 15, 2023.
