We recently lost our wonderful Mom, Paige Bartlett, to her Alzheimer's disease. She left us peacefully and her memories will always remain with us providing us comfort. Mom had great courage fighting this awful disease, always had a smile on her beautiful face, and was as pleasant as ever despite this disease taking her. My Mom was under the wonderful care of Sage Park which we are thankful for the amazing care they gave to our mother.
The Sage Park Superheroes are participating in the 2023 September Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's honoring my Mom, all residents of Sage Park, and everyone who has this life-altering terrible disease. We must find a way to the Alzheimer's first survivor and help prevent the disease from taking over others. Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 14 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
What we raise goes to research to find a cure. Together, we can end Alzheimer's disease. Please make a donation to advance the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
Thank you in advance for supporting!
