I walk to honor my parents, Dennis and Mary McGuire. Over the course of their near 60-year marriage, mom had quite the list of pet names for dad. He was Denny, Den, lovey, honey, babe, bippee, and when Alzheimer's had robbed him of his language, he was simply, love. Hello love, mom would say. Let me help you, love. My parents faced Alzheimer's with courage and grace. Please join me as I raise money for the Walk to End Alzheimer's and work for a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementias.
