I'm walking to help reclaim the future for millions, including my children, whom I want to live in a world without Alzheimer's.   By participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's, I'm committed to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer research, care and support.

Alzheimer's is a progressive brain disease that causes difficulty with memory, thinking and behavior.  It robs people of their memories and the experiences that shape them.  As a result, families and friends are robbed of the person they once knew. 

Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
