Hello!

On behalf of our family we are here in support of everyone who is living with the disease, those who have lost the fight and all family members. Our Mom Theresa Wiegand was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimers at 59 and lost her battle in 2021 at the early age of 74.  Mom would want us to keep fighting her fight; stay strong with a positive outlook on what can be done to help others. Our family has given an oath to not only fundraise but be here as a support system for those in need. We understand how hard it is to go through seeing your loved ones slowly fade away and are here to assist. During these times we reflect on the life of Theresa (TC) and all the good she did in her lifetime. Everyone she had encountered has nothing but good things to say and happy memories to share. My mother was the sweetest most selfless woman I have ever met and I strive to be like her everyday.

Alzheimer’s isn’t stopping and neither are we. By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, I’m raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.
