On July 21, 2023 our precious Ninny ended her long battle with dementia. It was some of the toughest years we have ever lived thru but also some of the most precious memories that know one can ever take away from us. There were times when we thought we just can not do this any more but with Gods grace we got the energy to do it day after day. Many tears, anger and heart aches. We decided to try to do this walk to help support the families & caregivers that are still living with horrible disease. If you know someone who is caring for someone with Dementia Alzheimer's give them a hug, a smile, support them in any way you can. We always said, if you haven't walked a mile in our shoes than you couldn't possibly believe how incredibly hard it is. Please help us support this very worthy cause. Please donate even if it's on $10. Every little bit helps
Alzheimer’s isn’t stopping and neither are we. By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, I’m raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.
Families facing Alzheimer’s and all other dementia need us now more than ever — and with your help, we can be there for them. Please make a donation or register as a participant and start your own fundraising. Together, we can end Alzheimer’s disease.
Thank you for helping advance Alzheimer's support, care and research.
