Alzheimer’s isn’t stopping and neither are we. By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, I’m raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.
Families facing Alzheimer’s and all other dementia need us now more than ever — and with your help, we can be there for them. Those 6 days of searching for our mom, was totally life changing. And on the seventh day …..We never want anyone to go through this pain again. The journey of seeing our Mother go through this “mind changing” disease changed us all. However, Her love for God, her love for us and the remembrance of her daily smiles got us through somehow. God’s Grace and Mercy kept us all somewhat sane and even through the hardest of times..we stood…never wavering in Gods love for our Mom and for us..
