Working with older adults has blessed me with the opportunity to care and provide support for thousands of people and families that are affected by Alzheimer's. I've also lost both of my grandfathers to this horrendous disease. The tole it takes on the person, family, and caregivers is immeasurable. We can change this, but only together.
Tremendous strides have been made in the fight to End Alzheimer's, but we still have a ways to go. I ask that you take action, join me, and get involved.
