Brody walks to honor his grandma, Kathy Suse. She was one of his most favorite people. She was diagnosed with Primary Progressive Aphasia in 2014 after being misdiagnosed for a few years. This was primarily due to her young age and rarity of the disease. PPA can be caused by Alzheimer’s disease or a frontotemporal degenerative disease. We lost his grandma on April 23, 2020 and miss her more everyday. Brody would love to raise funds so that we can find a cure to help people who are diagnosed with dementia at any age and support the caregivers who take care of their loved ones.
