Grandma Grace's Spirit was formed in honor of my grandmother Grace Dammann who lived and died with Alzheimer's disease.  Over the years, family and friends have joined the team in honor of Grandma Grace and also in honor of their loved ones who have suffered from this horrible disease.  Today, Grandma Grace's Spirit walks not only in honor of Grandma Grace, but in honor of all the team's loved ones who have suffered from Alzheimer's disease.  We walk to not only honor those who have suffered, but for those who still suffer.  We walk in honor of the families and the caregivers who give everything of themselves to give back to someone they love.
