In September, 2005, we lost our grandmother to Alzheimer's.  Etta (Knock) Stratmeyer was a strong farm wife and mother.  She taught her girls the skills to be self-sufficient women and her boys to be strong workers.  She was a kind, caring grandmother.  Etta J. Stratmeyer was an amazing woman and is greatly missed.
