I am walking and honoring my Grandma Joan. My grandma was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2012 up until 2018 when she lost her battle. It was so hard to watch my grandma go through this and to become a different grandma then what I once knew. Alzheimer's is a terrible disease that I hope they find a cure for one day! 

Alzheimer’s isn’t stopping and neither are we. By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, I’m raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.
