Please consider supporting and/or joining our team for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®, The Cortez Family is joining forces in honor of our  beloved Mother/Grandma, Joyce, and in support of our fun loving Dad/Grandpa, Don. Joyce fought a confusing battle with Dementia/Alzheimer's until she peacefully passed in 2019. Don is continuing to fight Alzheimer's with his humor & grace. 

This devastating disease has effected our entire family in a tremendous way, we have experienced loss and heartbreak. The most devastating part has been watching our loved ones break down & lose parts of themselves without understanding what is happening. 

Our goal in joining forces as a family is to help raise funds & awareness for Alzheimer's. Our local Alzheimer's office helped our family tremendously through this devastating process that no one should have to go through. We never knew this resource was available until we were well into it. They are a fantastic resource that we want other families to be aware of.   We hope that you consider joining our team and help all of the affected families battle and heal from this terrible disease.
